Facing our shadows and integrating past experiences and traumas into all levels of our being (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic) is a massive undertaking. You do not walk alone. As humans, we are wired to be supported in our transformation through the sacred space that forms between

two people in a healing relationship.

 

My service is to offer you an intentional relationship, protected by clear boundaries, that serves your highest good. In our work together we take our time to build trust in a relationship where you feel safe to be yourself and tell your story. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness

techniques, I support you in accessing your own guidance using information provided by your intuition, your miraculous body, and your awareness of your mental and emotional processes. Together we hold space for all parts of your being and stoke the fire of loving-compassion until you experience greater harmony, inside and out.

 

I have experience working with all ages in outpatient-level community health and have gained training in Collaborative Problem Solving, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic-Based Trauma Treatment. I enjoy

working with motivated teenagers and adults, and people of all sexualities and genders, including transgender and gender non-conforming.
